Durham Sunday Football League Match Day Guide for Secretaries.
Home Team
· Meet Opposition and Referee and show them to their Changing Rooms.
· Give Referee Match Balls
Both Teams
· A fully Completed written List of Players Printed on the team Result Sheet containing Christian and Surnames including 5 Substitutes must be exchanged before each Match by both Teams in the presence of the Referee 10 Minutes before the Kick Off. The Team Sheet having three Sheets pre carbonated The Top Copy to the Opponents, the Middle Copy to the Match Referee and the Bottom Copy to be retained. Clubs failing to Comply with this will be fined £5-00 Any Club that persists in not complying with ALL requirements of this Rule and having been fined three times in one season, shall be Fined £10-00 on each further occasion thereafter and requested to appear before the appropriate Committee.
· Match Day registrations/Transfers (6 weeks after the Season Started) the Name of the Player and Date Of Birth and the Club he plays for to be Texted to the League Secretary no more that one hour after the game has taken place, this allows the web site to be updated,

The Registration form/Transfer Form to be sent to the League secretary within 72 Hours of the game taking place along with the Correct Money. If You Have signed Player on Line or Transferred Player on Line the Duly Completed Forms to be sent to the League Secretary along with a Stamped Addressed Envelope for the Confirmation Return. Match Day Transfers for League Games only will be allowed, (No Match Day Registrations or Transfers are allowed for Cup Ties), fee of £5.00(Plus Registration fee £3-00) No player to be Transferred after 31st March each Season. The Fee for the Transfer form to be set by the League’s Management Committee. A player requiring a second transfer during the same season the fee will be £10-00 (plus registration Fee £3-00).A Third Transfer will be at the League Management Committees discretion and if allowed a Fee 0f £20-00 will be charged (plus registration Fee £3-00.) Third Transfer, A player who transfers from a club to another for a third time in any one season must give written reasons to the League Management Committee and will not be allowed to transfer until sanction is given.
· Once Game Has Finished the Result to be Texted to the League no more that one hour after the game has taken place, this allows the web site to be updated,

· After The Game has Finished Go to the League web Sit www.ddsl.org.uk Go to Admin/Match Return and Fill in as per League Handbook using User Name and Password.
· For all Sundays Games (League, League Cups, County Cups, and any Other Cups) email short Match Report to graham.lilley1@btinternet.com to arrive on Sunday Evening.
Midweek Games don’t send Match Reports.

· Both Club Secretary’s must within 72 Hours of the date of the game played Fill in the Online Team Sheet .The Online Team Sheet Team Sheet to include Their Clubs Details for the game played This to Include All players Including Substitutes who took part in the Game, Referee’s Mark, Goals scorers, and any Dismissals or Cautions administered during the Game.

TEAM SHEETS ARE TO BE EXCHANGED IN THE PRESENCE OF THE REFEREE, 30 MINUTES BEFORE KICK OFF WITH THE WHITE COPY TO COUNTY FA, BLUE TO OPPONENTS, PINK TO REFEREE, GREEN RETAINED BY CLUB.
