Chester Plough Soccerettes

Chester Plough Inn Fc on Soccer AM representing Sunderland Afc
A GROUP of proud Sunderland AFC fans will be flying the flag for the Black Cats on national TV.
The eight red-and-white-mad supporters  who are all memebers of the Chester Plough In Fc  from the second Division will travel to London, to appear on Sky One’s live show Soccer AM.
They all cannot wait to represent their team on the programme.
“We are all going to be singing our hearts out for the club on national television,” said Peter Quinn, an insurance team leader from Seaham.
“I love Soccer AM. I think all the crew are fantastic and it is going to be great to get down there and have a go.
“The whole experience will be great, especially when the lads are doing so well under Martin O’Neill and we just want to give a good representation of the club.
“The club have also given us some shirts to wear, so they have been really kind to do that.”
On the show the supporters have to complete various challenges, such as a shoot-out at the end and walking down the catwalk with that week’s Soccerette, an attractive female football fan.
Mark Atchison, who works for T-Mobile, said: “All eight of us play football together for a Sunday league team Chester Plough Inn Fc and it was our manager who put the application in.
“We will be chanting for Sunderland all the way through the show, and we are definitely looking forward to meeting the Soccerette.”
Graeme Bone, a financial advisor from Chester-le-Street, said: “We are all mad football fans and it will be a great experience.
“I watch the show all the time and I know it will be great fun.
“Another big bonus for me is that Suggs is going to be on the show and he is one of my biggest idols.
“Getting to meet him is just the icing on the cake and I will definitely get myself a photo with him.”
The show has been on the air since 1995 and is presented by Helen Chamberlain and Max Rushden

Andrew McGuinness Anthony Daglish, Graeme Bone, Mark Atchison, Lee McGuinness, David Carr and Peter Quinn.
